New, looking for a quick start

Alright, so I know there must be a thousand of these but I couldnt find anything looking through the forums.

Not necessarily a quick start but a quick start via some info ;p

Basically I've been working out at the gym for 5 years, since I was 16. just turned 21 and still not really at the point where I want to be. Feeling like I need a kick start and something that I can keep up the motivation. Already pretty motivated at 5 days a week, and consistently upping the weight, switching the routines and form isnt an issue. Just want all my hard work to show.

Currently weighing in at 165 with 8% bodyfat at 6 foot. Decent build, not spectacular. So Im looking for something that can support the growth of lean muscle without encouraging fat stores. I would be satisfied with another 20/25 lbs. have always had an issue w/ holding onto mass even with a 3k calorie/day diet and very little cardio. So needing something that can help retain.

So I've read books upon books trying to get the information i need on going about it the natural way, but thus far it's failed. CUrrently working on layne nortons PHAT training, but in the end I think my genetic code will obstruct where I want to be unless I get some assistance.

Now what can I take? What course is out there that can stand alone without stacking while working steadily rather than putting a bunch of weight on in weeks? Also what should I be taking when I'm not on the cycle? I'm looking for some growth that will stay around if I keep hitting the gym, meaning it wont deflate like a balloon when I stop taking the product.

I'm not looking to participate in comps, I just want to reach my aesthetic goals for self satisfaction, so nothing too hardcore is required.


Just doing a search and pulling up a page i found buysteroids.com/ .. are any of these pages legit? And if not where can I get the gear that I require?

On the flip side for supplementation Im currently usin Jack3d, inner armors nitro peak and beachbody's recovery, just because I like the dextrose base. Was also hoping on an opinion of using cellucor's c4 instead of jack3d?

I read until I saw your stats and then stopped. You need to up your cal intake bro not hit hit gear. 3k a day isn't shit, and I doubt you're getting a full 3k. Up it to 3500 for 2 weeks and I mean write down the macros of what you eat so you know you're getting your cals. You won't even grow on gear if your diet sucks. Plus you got a few more good natural years to grow. You have plenty of natty test in your body now to grow you just gotta eat!

All the preworkouts are the same except which ones have more or less caffeine. Supplements are all in the mind brother. Protein from whole foods > any shake available.
 
6 foot 165. I'm 6 at 225 and I was 210 before this gear session. Stop this train of thought about god knows what that your op was about and go food shopping. Spend that 400 bucks that you were spending in gear and buy chicken, chicken chicken, salmon, tuna, and more chicken. You'll get the same amount of mass as you would on gear. And guess what? You didn't just fuck up your natural test up or your growth plates. Your balls will still work and will make your girlfriend happy with that and also not having pimples all over your back. So save yourself the Bullshit, the worries, the rage, the shotgun shits, and many other terrible things and go food shopping.
