Good day everyone!!
As I am newly registered member on steroidology, therefore I would like to give short and precise introduction about myself. I am male, with height around 178cm and my weight is around 68kg. I am highly concerned about my body and my fitness. I always try to eat healthy and proper foods. Even though I have never been fat, but my tummy has some extra layer of fat on it. I don’t know why it is there. Is it because of my sitting position as I have job and I do sit for roughly 8-9 hours daily. Rest of my body looks thin but my tummy is out. Any guidance how to reduce my tummy would be highly respected.
