Hey guys, I originally joined this forum to get some advice on a possible AAS cycle, but thanks to some of your advice it's clear to me that diet info is what is need.
I am 6ft4 and weigh in at about 210lb. I have been gymming for about a year and started at 204lbs. Now I realise these are some extremely poor gains, but I have always been skinning and am the definition of a hard gainer.
I have always thought that my diet was ok, but obviously with gains like this I'm doing something wrong. So was just wondering of I could have some advice. I currently gym Mon-Fri with Sat and Sun off. My training is as follows
Monday Chest : Flat Bench Press, Incline Bench, Dumbell Press and cable crossovers.
Tuesday Back : Lat Pulldowns, Row, bent over Dumbell row, dead lifts.
Wednesday Legs : Squats, leg press, calf raises.
Thursday Shoulders : Military Press, Dumbell shoulder press, side raises.
Friday Arms : Barbell curl, close grip EZ bar curl, dips and overhead extension.
Then I throw in abs every now and then, no cardio.
Now I know I should be eating like a horse, even maybe a bear to bulk up. But with my work schedule find it very hard to do so. I am literally stuck in a van all day for 8 in the morning till 7 in the evening, then at the gym, so I'm always on the go. I have a very physical job so was wondering if this would contribute to my lack of gains?
Any advice on bits that can be prepared at the beginning of the week and eaten through out would be great. Any thing really that will help me achieve my goal.
