new routine

I am gunna start a new training routine this week and I wanted to see what u guys thought about it. my old routine was 5 days on (monday-Friday), 2 days off (sat & sun)

in the new routine I will be doin 2 days on 1 day off, 2 days on 1 day off.
Day 1 - Back (Including dead lifts) & Traps
Day 2 - Chest & Biceps
Day 3 - OFF
Day 4 - quads, hams, & calves
Day 5 - Shoulders & Triceps
Day 6 - OFF
Then repeat

I think it should work better then my old routine, and I will be able to train every body part once every 6 days instead of once every 7 and I also feel I will be getting more rest and will recover better.

please give ur opinions
 
you hittin you tris shoulders and bis 2 x in 6 days in that routine. but it may work for ya. give it a shot and let us know how it goes.
