Bulking Up Routine, What you guys think?

Deadlifts are slightly raised off the floor to hit the traps more then the legs

I'd definitely separate day 3 and 4. It's gonna be hard Squatting if you hit your Hammys hard the day before. And likewise for shoulder if your traps are burnin. Good other than that though, I like it.

Ye I hear what your saying, I've never had problems training squats the day after calves and hamstring to be honest, my hamstrings can take a massive beating along with my traps really, they grow and recover so much quikcer then the rest. I didn't believe that squats really used hammy's tho, thought in was quads & glutes mainly and I fort maybe with the exercises I have chosen on delts it tends to avoid using my traps and more triceps?

Squats is mostly quads and glutes but the hamstrings r most definately involved. But if u dont have a problem squatting after hitting hams, and u give ur legs a good couple days of rest I think it will be fine.

Just take adequate rest in between certain days.. i know youre not gonna do all 4 days consecutively lol. I really dont see any conflict of movements here.. good routine i might have to borrow this one :D
