Hey guys, been lifting for a couple years on and off. I'm 21 years old 170lbs 5'8. Im an mesomorph body but i swear i react like an ectomorph when it comes to maintaining and gaining. I have a fun time trying to gain mass/muscle.

Moderation is the key as well as healthy eating, but have been looking more into pro hormones and ph, don't know where to start as i live in canada. What kind of stage were you at when you decided to research pro hormones?

i was about in your position... a little taller, a little heavier but roughly the same.

just do your research through and through before you decide you want to do anything at all. you only get one body :biggthump

i thought i knew what good eating was when i first started, but i didn't have a clue. make sure you know where thats at first. I wasted quite a while before i figured that out... so now 'm a little better off than square one - but i basically had to start all over. diet is the building blocks of bodybuilding - steroids just give you that little extra.
 
i definitely agree with you Lane, a diet isn't as easy as it sounds. It takes committment and dedication as well as proper planning. Sometimes I get lazy when making food and don't cook ahead of time, or miss a meal for one of my two-three hour meals.

Plus bulking isn't cheap haha
 
Tell me about it Atkins, I agree completely! I was just talking to someone the othe day about how society has become so obese. It is so much cheaper for someone to go and buy a Mcdonalds burger or some "boxed" food instead of eating healthy! If someone were to eat healthy they would probably be paying almost 3x what they should. It's pretty sad if you ask me.
