Hey guys. Figured I'd make an introductory post here. Little background: Training on and off for 4-5 years. Until the last 2 I haven't been serious with my diet. Finally learned how to eat correctly to make my weight go up or down. Very interested in learning how to develop a better body com********** Seems like I'm either fat with some muscle, or lean with no muscle. So, i will be taking in all forms of information, not just info on the anabolics. Excited to be here.
