I've been taking kigtropin for the last 6 months its works although not as good as it should mainly because of my diet.
I need some advice I just started taking Depot test 1ml twice a week. 1st cycle
I'm 6 feet tall 33 years old 255 pounds but not a huge fatty but probably need to shed 20-25 pounds. My goal not to build to much extra mass, but to loose fat and look leaner...I'm already big from years of sports and training...
here are a couple of questions I have
How long should it take for the testosterone to kick in?
Any suggestions for a diet?
Should I workout every day?
at the moment I hit the gym about 3-4 times a week for 1 hr high intense workouts, play hockeys once a week for 1.5 hours and walk my dog between 30-60 minutes a day the rest of the time I either sitting or standing up!~
