Newbie needind advice

Hi all my names Chris I'm from South Wales in the UK. Ill probably get a lot of criticism for this but hey isn't that what getting advice is all about. Anyway I have been doing a little research on anabolic steroids etc for a while now on and off and want to start some. I'm 25 6.0 foot and weigh 17.5 stone (245lbs) surprisingly I really don't look that big lol just a belly. Anyway like I said im looking into doing a cutting then bulk cycle. I trained a lot from 14 right up to 18 then had kids and haven't done a lot since but have never used steroids before hence me being on here looking for advice. Any would be appreciated Thank you? My body fat percentage is 33%.

Clen and t3. You don need steroids for what you need to do.
 
If you deside to do a cycle... I would do a test only as your first cycle then you can add more compounds in the future...you can cut with test alone but your diet has to be on point...Everything you need to know is on this site, you just have to read...Your diet is the most important thing!
 
I don't know why people think steroids are some magical cutting compound...they're not! The only reason people use steroids while cutting is to hold on to their hard earned muscle. Your in calorie deficit when you cut - not the best environment for the muscles. When you cut it's basically:
Body: I need more food slut!
You: No! You're too fat!
Body: Fine, you'll be sorry... *OmNomNom* (chows down some muscle for energy)
You: Fuck....

You haven't trained in 7 years. Likely the above isn't a huge concern as I doubt your walking around with shirt tearing pecs/delts/back/arms/etc. So, exercise (weights + cardio) & diet are your best friend...you don't need gear...not at this stage (you don't even have a natural base).
 
Agreed with the above. No offense or anything man, but you need to build a better base before starting. After not doing anything for awhile you should be able to make very quick gains anyways. Look into the diet section of the fprum and see wat u can find, diet is more important than anythinf else by far.
 
ypu need to get your body fat down to 15% before you cycle or yourl increase your chances of problems you also need to build up a base and establish an effective routine and diet to go with it once youve done this and built a good foundation then think about the juice
