You dont know nothing of it, have probably hardly lift any weights, dont know jack shit about training and recovery.

I dont know why your asking someone else what you should put in your body.Their are so many varibles that go into a safe steriod cycle.

What gear to use?
Safe,legit souce?
proper pinning procedure?
clean high calorie diet?
training?
Pct?
side effects?
protection?

I probably missed a few but that should be more then enough to get u started.
