I hear ya. My whole thing was I never even been in a gym. Just so happen to have a group of friends that are really into their body. They have all been doing juice for years. I have always been on the bigger side but not cut. Always 200 Lbs plus since im 16 years old. So I asked one of them to get me some juice. He made it sound so easy. Knowing that I was not gonna go crazy just wanted to shred up a bit he made it sound so easy. Here, 1 ml every week and work out like fuckin crazy. Thats it. Being that he was a friend I trusted him. My mistake, I def should of done the research and not counted on anyone else. Lesson learned. Just glad I learned before Im all fucked up. That shit on my leg fucked me up good, couldnt even walk.
holy crap you don't even go to the gym? drop the steroids and do p90x or something naturally haha or if you're going to continue the aas at this point you need to find some good detailed beginners workouts like riptoe's or something. Find a 3 or 4 day split and go balls to the walls.
