newbie starting first cycle of sustanon 250

So, I've tried looking up everything I can on what I need to do.
I need direct answers and advice.
27 y/o, 6'4'', 260, not sure on percentage but I know I have quite a bit of body fat.
Been lifting weights 5 days a week for a little over a month now but want to bulk up faster.
So I'm getting a 3 month cycle of sustanon 250.
How much should I start out taking? Take it every other day or twice a week?
should I be taking anything else with it to prevent side effects? I really don't want bitch tits.
Once the 3 months is up what should be done? Stop taking it and do pct or get another cycle and keep going?
What exactly is pct, what kinda things do i need for it, where can i get them,and when should it be stsrted.
I need all the advice I can get about starting this cycle. What to do and what not to do.

OK, you have learned a few acronyms, but you clearly have not looked up everything you can first. Read the Sticky threads. Read threads other guys have posted who want to run their first cycle. Put a little more effort into this than you have been putting into the gym.

That leads me to a month in the gym before running your first cycle not being nearly enough time. You can continue to make tremendous gains lifting naturally for a long time to come. Spends a few years training and then start thinking about AAS.

Get your body fat % down. High body fat means lots of testosterone aromatizes (converts) to estradiol (a potent form of estrogen). This is what causes gynecomastia. Please research the Aromatase Enzyme.

You have no business even thinking about running a cycle now. Don't be so lazy. Keep training and build a foundation for a successful cycle. It is great that you found Ology so you can learn to do a cycle the right way when it is the right time. But now is not the right time. Not even close.

U have been working out for 1 month?

Here is whats gonna happen if u do a cycle now:

1- strength is gonna go up rly fast but ur tendons and ligaments are weak as fuck cuz u havent been training long enough for them to get strong so you are gonna get injured for sure..
2- u have high bodyfat and like Smittiot said if you dont already have tits u r gonna get them considering u dont seem to know much about how to run a cycle..
3- if u get sides or pin problems u wont be able to handle them from the lack of knowledge or experience.. especially on PCT

But honestly it looks like u r a troll

WHAT ? One month you must be a troll or kinda stupid. But if not Yes and I agree with this, you don't have a clue.

Wasn't really expecting a couple of those comments but your all right.
I'm just trying to get in shape bulk up and do it quickly. Summer is already here.
I will keep training naturally and do more research

See, Guy. His weight for his height is very high if it's low muscle ratio. See tons (most ) men my height (5-10, maybe less these days) in the 190's who look fat as shit. Or skinny fat guys with 28" waists and B-cup titties.
My issue was/is with people who want something for nothing. The man who say's "I've let myself go for a decade, but have been training for the last 5 weeks and I should be ripped by now. So, fuck the long term commitment to a lifestyle change. I want it now, so I am going on da'Roids!"
Must be that I am just old and grumpy.
 
Jeesus Christ bro put the juice down. You been working out a month and you want to see faster gains ?? First 5 months of working out you should see good gains naturally. Good god i don't even know what to say man other than bad idea. Do research and put in work at the gym for a year or two before considering aas. You will only hurry yourself and the fact you don't know proper pct is bad. Read read read all the info you need is here man. Stay safe bro
