yeah just take creatine and if u want buy a good protein shake soo u don't have eat as much food. I can't imagine getting all ur protein from just food. As for creatine load up for the first 5 days with 20 grams and then just main it with 10 grams a day. U would get the best results if mix the creatine with 30 -50 grams of dextrose for every 10 grams. As for prices discount anabolics.com or massnutrition.com has the best prices on the net. good luck :beertoast

Multivitamin

Fish Oil Caps

Protein Powder - Lots of options out there. Some companies are better than others... do some research.

Creatine Ethyl Ester - No need to load creatine. Just take 1 tsp each day. CEE is far more effective than Creatine Monohydrate, but it tastes like crap. Make sure to have some juice near by to act as a chaser.

I get my protein and CEE from Trueprotein. Vitamins and Fish Oil from Costco.

I have some fish oil pills laying around the house, but what exactly do they do for you? I know it can help with your heart & just the overall goodness of it, but how does it help with working out?

If you are on any type of gear, double that if at all possible. In fact, I'd be tempted to double that regardless. I used to not think protein was a factor after 1gram/lb, but I think it is a huge factor, especially if you are a hard gainer.

Basics imo are protein powder (don't buy that bulk/gainer crap, it's just added sugar), multivitamin, and...and...creatine if you have it, taurine imo is a cheap but very useful addition. Taurine is also tasteless. Work up your dosage if you do get it and split the dosages. I like 10 grams/day, but I'm not sure how optimum that is (you should be able to get 300grams for $8).

Eat, train, sleep, drink plenty of fluids, keep your protein high. Those are the basics.

Thanks fellas. I want to stay away from the gear. I'm 25, 5'6'' @ 175lbs. bench 280, squat 405. Im gonna try food/vit./protien/creatine/water/food and see how far i can get.

What do you guys know about MuscleMilk made by cytosport. It tastes awesome, but does have a good bit of fat. any thoughts? :shoot2:

If you need and can handle all the extra calories in muscle milk it works. If you want to try craetine or NO2 try getting Fizogen mid cycle. It's a creatine NO2 stack that works very well and doesn't taste to bad either.

If your going to take creatine you might as well stack it with NO2.

If you can bench 100 over your body weight and have little body fat you are
doing dam good. Why listen to people with less ambition than yourself.
Good luck.

Multivitamin,Omega 3,6,9.best is udo's oil,glutamine,v-12trimalate creatine, hmb, cla, taurine, arginine or aakg, glucosamine and most of important FOOD.
