Wanting to gain about 20lbs by December..
I work out daily but have an ectomorph body and its hard to gain..

Can anyone help me out and lend me a bulking diet?

Currently at 5'10 142lb
Goal 165 by December
175 by May
 
eat like a demon !!!!! 3000-3500 cals 400-600 grms of carbs !!! eat every two hrs with out fail !!

whole meal pastas rice and meat heaps of vegies fruit any thing high cal and loaded with carbs dosent have to be always clean !!! donuts cakes etc an weight gainer powder as well !! and stick to it !!!

it wont happen in 2 mnths tho bro !! throw some compound moves in your training too like bench press squats deadlifts etc no machines free weights are better !! i am same buddy i was 60kgs 2 yrs ago !! now 80 kgs yay and on my first strip !! but if knew now what i knew when i first started it would have been heaps easier !!

2 gm protien per lb
4 gm carbs per lb
.8 gm fat per lb

Compound movement (HEAVY!)
-bench
-squat
-deadlift
look into 5x5 or 5/3/1
