Next time you go to buy canned tuna, look for canned smoked oysters in olive oil.

This would be an excellent addition to your diet, since oysters are rich in protein and VERY rich in vitamins and minerals (they're little meat vitamins). They're your richest source of zinc, and since they're low life forms, they're pretty low in toxic metals, too!

These would definitely have a place in anyone's diet. I think they're yummy, but hey, individual tastes vary. But give it a shot at least.

I like sardines, I used to hate them when I was a kid but now I rediscovered them and I love them.

I think I'm going to try this... noy a big fan of oysters, but then again, I was never a big fan of tuna. Thanks for the info

I have recently started liking tuna again so why not give the oyster oil a shot with it, thanks for the tip will look for it today.

are the canned oysters expensive, i know at a restuarant they are, but i never seen them in a can

They're not cheap like canned tuna. I got mine for $2.50 each at Whole Foods, but that's Whole Foods....so that's probably pricey. But the thing is this isn't used as a protein source...they're little meat vitamins that you add into your diet lol.
