night lifting

I usually train from about 8/8:30pm. Getting home for about 10pm.

Not meaning to hijack, but those who do train late - what do you do for PWO nutrition and eating before bed?
 
i usually lift about 7:00pm and usually lift for about an hour and a half, if i start any later than 7:00pm for some reason it tends to affect my ability to get to sleep. i really need to start around 6:00pm so i can take my shower earlier and relax longer before bedtime.
 
I guess im the true night lifter here I work nights at my company I go lift at midnight sometimes or 4 in the morning....I eat normally like I did when I worked days...working at night is harder than days thats for sure becuase things are slower at nights its harder to get into the groove of working out....
 
i usually go in the afternoon, but sometimes when i get to get a late one..starting at 9pm, it feels soo good. I dont know what it is about this time of night,but everytime i workout past 8pm, i get a great workout. And it definately puts me out after i get home and eat.
 
i used to lift around 10= midnight but now i lift at 5pm when its very busy, kinda more motivation imo
 
I myself try to stick in 6pm-7pm but it's kinda hard since work is straineous and all. but it is impossible to not lift once you're in the gym ^^
