I have read a lot of info you all have posted. Very good info, but most of aas for women seems very bad. is there anything good? what about HGH? everything we do in life has side effects-- eating at mcdonalds has side effects.
what if any is the best for women to do if they where say 43 yrs old working out now and looking to turn it up a bit? I'm not the person to attack here i'm just asking. There is a lot of info but no real basic what to take if any

WELCOME!

Of course everything his "side effects", but many of them are reversible, not permanent, not serious, not noticeable or not dangerous to your health.

There are many compounds that CAN be safe for women, but each compound will effect each woman differently. And each woman will get different results and different sides. Because of this, I cannot just recommend an anabolic for you.

For now, the "real basic what to do", would be to post your diet, cardio, lifting, goals and stats up so we can try to help you and help you decide if you need aas to achieve your goals. You may just need to tweak your diet or training to get the results you want.

I was told by you and Miss Muscle that these sides are NOT reversible and Miss Muscle has stated that sides sometimes don't show themselves right away and may take time before you notice them.

You have even stated in another thread how on 5mg. a day of Anavar (var) you noticed your voice deepening. I have a friend who also did 5mg. of Anavar (var) a day for 8 weeks and her clit became enlarged. I thought Anavar (var) was the safest for women.

From what I am reading is that Anavar (var) , test, winstrol, and pretty much all of the AAS have these same sides but they only subside for the chosen few?

I know Anavar (var) is the mildest and that's why it's considered the safest for women but it's still causing the same sides as the stronger AAS's but not putting out the more noticeable results such as the stronger ones do. (Not telling people to run out and get stronger shit... just stating a fact from what I have been reading on here.)

When I have stated that my sides I experienced when using many diff. AAS (test, winstrol, deca, eq, etc...) had subsided after coming off I was told that was not possible that they are permanent and I was turning into a man (which you can see from my photo album I look nothing like a man); also, I was told that it would take time for the sides I have not noticed to show themselves.

Could you explain or enlighten me as to why they're reversible for some but not others?:scratchhe
