NO HCG with PCT...

There is no way that I can use Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) becaue it needs to be refrigerated.

So I am reading that arimidex is excellent in low doses and Nolva and Clomid are crap (according to Montana in the Swale sticky)

What is one to do?
Should I use arimidex and post-cycle?

I thought I would be fine with Nolva, and now I am reading differently.
What are your thoughts?
PS - I am sensitive to gyno.

i would not use a-dex in post cycle. i could push ur etrogen to low and i have never really read anything about it having any effect on raising HPTA so i would just stick with nova or clomid. if u cant use Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) then just keep a closer look at ur balls to make sure they return to normal. it might take longer depending on how bad u r shut down.

trib is a waste. so is zma. zma only raises test if you were low to begin with due to lack of zinc and magnesium. if you take vitamins already, zma will not do anything.

zinc gives me bacne any time I take it so I think it does work but.........nolvadex IMO opinion with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is the best way to go post cycle. Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) only has to be fridged after using it BTW.

HCG should not be used post-cycle because it supresses your natural production of testosterone. This is why taking nolvadex is necissary for post cycle therapy (pct). I suggest Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) intermittently during a cycle to keep your boys in shape so you can recover quick/better during PCT.

liftsiron I'm sure could get some proof to back this up.



and to the bro who can't refriderate I'd atleast do one shot at 500-1000iu's and then throw the rest away. One shot gets my balls all the way back (not all get this) and then the nolva keeps them big.
