Yep, as bhrees said - it checks most everything we really care about when it comes to cycling. It's only really missing stuff like free test and thyroid information, but those are available for a pretty hefty price increase.
200 bucks vs 51... hmmm. I'd stick with privatemdlabs. (I do have to admit, their panel does have some extras, but most of those aren't really necessary for the purposes the folks here use them for.)

If I didn't have medical insurance for the purposes of checking my TSH/T3/T4/rT3/rT4/A1C/triglycerides/Free test/SHBG/etc I'd probably look into something like this, but for just total test/E2/LH/FSH/lipids I find the female hormone panel hard to beat. I do agree with you though, different strokes for different folks!
