Does anyone know the best way to get Nolvadex?

I'm pretty positive that I got gyne from taking some andro, and I need some way to get rid of it. I heard that Nolvadex might work, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Also, is this something my doctor could prescribe?

The best way to get it is to buy it, but you could steal it,,, which wont exactly give you good karma.
