I was reprimanded by my doc for not following his protocol as directed. So for 3 weeks I've been injecting 200 mg test cup 1x a week along with 500 Iu HCG 2x a week and 1 mg anastrozole 2x a week. These past 2 days I've felt super fatigued. I've also been jet lagged so my sleep has been irregular. I'm wondering if it's the sleep or could it be my estradiol levels crashing.
Any thoughts?
What's your levels on these doses?
Are you planning on having kids cause I see you are on a higher dose of HCG. ..???
Glad to see the HCG is working for you. I know I love my HCG. This is the way life is supposed to be for a man.Haven't done a blood test yet at these doses. I'm on the higher HCG simply because that is what the Doc prescribed. One plus is that my balls no longer ache and the Hcg has definitely improved my libido and quality of orgasm
1mg adex 2 x a week I would say your e2 is crashed. That's way to high on your protocol IMO. Getting blood work soon?
Should I even bother getting a blood test at this point to check the estradiol? I mean given my symptoms and the fact that I've been taking 1 mg anastrozole 2x a week, it shouldn't take a rocket scientist to conclude that my e2 is crashed.
BTW today is day 3-4 of me feeling lousy, and I'm pissed. I was afraid this was going to happen to me when my Doc insisted that I follow his instructions and not deviate- honestly there was no good reason for him to put me on the anastrozole to begin with because my e2 levels were low normal even after being on TRT for several months.
Now my wife is rolling her eyes because she's having to deal with me being tired and moody- worse than when I started. and now she's thinking this TRT is a waste of time and money.
Had blood work and sensitive E2 was 9 and regular was 34. She did tge ratio between my tt and e2 and thought it was high and wanted me to start armidex at 1mg every 2 weeks well I got the script and have been taking .125 (as close as I can get with the pill cutter) 48 hours after injection been doing this for 3 weeks and no more water and lumps are almost non existent.
It seems to be working for me but havn't had blood work yet. I see her next week she wants to up my dosage she wants my tt trough closer to the 700 800 range I'm at 550 trough
So what should the ratio of tt to e2 be ideally ?
I don't worry about the ratio: you just want your E2 at between 20-30 units. That's optimal for most guys. The ratio will vary from guy to guy and protocol to protoco.
You want to have you estradiol levels checked and dialed in because crashed or elevated levels have nasty consequences internally: prostate issues, bone density, blood sugar, fluid retention etc, etc... Basically, by the time you're feeling the effects of screwy estrogen levels, some damage may have already been done. Your doctor should know these things.
2mgs of arimidex a week is ridiculous and again, any doc knowledgeable with respect to TRT should know this.
This is on a sensitive test right- add around 15 points to a nonsensitive?
- yeah I knew the 2 mg anastrozole was way too much, but I was new to the program and rather than argue with the doc (which I actually started to do) I decided to just follow what he says, let it crash and prove to him to was too much, then let him make adjustments
