Pretty shitty diet if you aSK me. Who wants to eat oats protein shakes and protein bars 3 times a day??? Also 2 liters of milk? Yikes I would be in the bathroom 6 times a day with this horrible diet

How about eating real food like chicken or turkey..

When you eat real food like meat and vegetables it is much more difficult to get 5000 calories. Protein shakes and stuff are not meant to be actual meals. They help when you are on the go once in a while thats about it.

ya bro, thats not the best diet. you gotta have more real food. throw in some pasta, rice, multi-grain bread, sweet potato turkey, chicken, beef etc

2 liters of milk? with the oats, shakes and protein bars, you will have bubbleguts all day

Not a good diet. The breakfast sounds good, just once a day though. I think the protein supplements are ok, so long as its post workout only. To me, a protein shake with about 25g of protein (any more than 25g is a waste) is better than real food ONLY after a hard work out. That's because it digests so fast and your muscles are craving it. It gets to your muscles faster than real food. "You gotta feed the need" my wife would say. If your taking protein supps without working out first, you will probably just shit out most of it. I do like adding some BCAAs throughout the day though.

The ammount of fat from the milk will make you put on a lot of fat, you need your fat to be moderate and carbs high. (Drank 4 litres of milk everyday while bulking once, went up to 23% body fat, never again)

Ive seen much worse it started out ok... few tweaks and it could work.

I dont even count protein when it comes from liquid sources. 100grams of protien from milk or peanuts vs Salmon / eggs not even close

I ate chicken breasts baked in olive oil, covered with cheese and spinach two times a day when I was "clean" bulking. Some tuna melts, fresh fish, venision tacos... etc... just giving u a few examples, worked for me anyways!!

Numbers all sound great, but food choices over and over are poor.
chicken breast blended with avacado and light mayo sandwich.mmmm.
healthy calorie dense food.

good luck with the changes, it can be done
