I'll give you a couple of comments, hopefully they might be of some help.

Testosterone at 474 is really low for 200 Test C /wk. Personally I've got a series of blood tests at 200 Cyp/wk plus 500 IU HCG (250x2) that puts me at an average of 1,270 ish. The results are very consistent and over several runs. Another data point is 100 Test E/wk plus 500 HCG was about 670. So that leads me to believe your Test C may be way underdosed, or somehow gone bad.

FSH and LH at measurable levels with that much Test C might also indicate bad testosterone, mine are usually <0.1

Estradiol - I can't make sense of what you wrote. If 60 it's too high. If 29 it's perfect

TSH seems elevated, but it's completely unreliable. If free T3 and T4 are in range, which they are, you should be good.

All the rest seem fine, but hamatocrit is too high. You should go donate. That always makes me feel better, but I can't imagine your other symptoms are due to this.

Seems to me you should add in HCG. It would boost your test levels, and if you are having adrenal fatigue it will help with that too.

Exactly what Tankmanbob said!! You should have much higher Testosterone levels on 200 mg per week. Try adding the HCG as he suggested.

Everything tank said. Clear up that estrogen post.....may need ai or adjustment of ai. Both high and low estrogen can cause what you're describing..........and the seemingly low testosterone doesnt add up with that dose AT ALL
Is this doc prescribed or self medicating? May be bad gear

I***8217;m a few years older then you. 200mg test cyp and 500iu hcg and test is at 1313.

Where your at now is what I was before starting my trt.
