Ok, Talk me out of it

Dread was definitely right. Its alright, keep hittn that p-90 thing. Not being a smartass, being serious. At least ur doing something, its not the end of the world if U cant.

I'll hit the gym in the near future hard. I'm hoping late 2009, or ealry 2010, I can get a 4 day workout going. If I can get a good 6-8 months of 4 days, than I can probably cut back for summer to 3 days when I'm really busy!

I think you'd be surprised at how much energy you have left for the gym. Seems like you're caught up in a vicious cycle of poor eating and not putting a premium on rest which can hinder your workouts. Can you make small changes to fix that? Gear is not always the easy answer.

Not trying to tear you down, but I'm familiar with working long hours with little rest. But the body is the most amazing machine ever built. Give it a chance.
 
was in the same boat - could not gain anymore weight or muscle

dude - i just did 250/week of test and worked out 3 days/week and i gained 20 pounds quick. i started eating more (lots of protein bars) and added about 100g/day of protein. then i really bulked up. its not hard and there were no side effects.

for my 2nd cycle - i went to 500mg/week test and 500/week eq - less water retention. also increased workout to 4 days/week - still significant results.

I can hardly wait for your post after 4 weeks - your gonna be wondering why you didnt do this years ago. i wouldnt tell anyone less than your age its worth it - i can tell you, when i got over 40 - it was worth it to me.

I think his diet and workout is not diciplind enough.i would just recomend trying to get that in order first your just going to waist ur time and money on juice.try eating more carbs lots of protien,steak sweet potatoes.brown rice,hamburger meat,red meats ect.pre make ur meals the night before.once u have tried all that and ur still not makeung gains i agree with the 500 mg of tes.first wave all ur options before crossing that line.

Upping your food intake will def put on weight but might not be the kind of weigth you want. If you run tes then the extra cals are a must. but I respectfully disagree with 500mg. You will gain the most with your first cycle and it does not take much. avoid sides and run 250mg. the first cycle I did I ran 250mg and put on 20lbs + i lost about 3-5% BF and kept 15lbs after my cycle was over...

JMO!
 
If he decides to go with Test, 500mgs/week for 12 weeks, isnt too much.
