On the road for work, need diet advice

I don't work in an office, I'm constantly on the road, in and out of appointments and accounts. Having trouble getting down the protein and calories to really grow. The goal of this cycle is to add mass, size, and strength, but to do it as clean as possible, minimizing the fat gains. If I can fill out the muscle, the fat will take care of itself over time, and when I'm off cycle, I'm going to be eating maintenance, or a little below and upping the cardio to keep as many gains as possible, while trimming more fat.

Stats:
28yrs old
6'1
205lbs
about 16% BMI
2nd cycle

Week 1-12 Test E 250mg M,TH
Week 1-4 Dbol 30mg/ED (thinking of bumping it to the 50mg/ED, thoughts?)
ADex - .5mg EOD for bloat (thinking I may drop it though and see how my body reacts without it).

I'm working out first thing in the AM and taking a basic pre-workout drink.

-Post workout shake about 380C,48P,55C,4F
-Snack is shake 240C,44P,8C,2F and a serving of almonds or peanut butter
-Lunch is usually a chicken breast and a serving of almonds or 2tbs of peanut butter or about 4-6oz of lean turkey, slice of cheddar cheese, and 2 pieces of Brownberry 12 grain bread.
-Snack is same as above, again with almonds or peanut butter, and usually a protein bar that's about 25-30P.
-Dinner is usually chicken, steak, or salmon with a brown rice and steamed veggie.
-Another shake at the end of the day.

Obviously I need to eat more through out the day to really be able to grow and get the gains that I'm looking for, but it needs to be food I can pack in a cooler, or pick up while I'm out on the road running around. Any input from you diet guru's or just anyone in general in regards to tweaking my cycle and/or diet would be greatly beneficial.

Thanks!

I use this when I am gone all day, so you can pack anything in it and not worry about tit getting warm.

If you added in a 2nd lunch (something similar to your dinner) youd be good. But your lunch looks skimpy, Im 60lbs lighter than you and eat a bigger lunch than that!

Haha, what if I added a shake to the lunch, would that work? The dinner is usually at a restaurant if I'm on the road, or at home, so it's usually hot, not packed/pre cooked.

Did you want meal ideas? recipes?

Easy to make/pack meals that would fit into my plans.
