Once you get the gains, how do you keep them?

When the cycle is over, how do you keep the gains, yes eat I get that, but if you don't go for round 2, is there a way to keep them still?

What % do people see looking after only 1 cycle?
 
Muscle is muscle if you build it and continue to lift and eat right you should keep majority, best way to ensure you keep as much as possible is a post cycle therapy (pct) such as clomid etc im not an expert in all that.

I havent taken a cycle in about 6 months :(!!!! But ive pretty much kept everything maybe 5 pounds and a lil bit of strenght but no huge lose.
 
Of course man, ill always check the the internet before i reply make sure im on track with reply if i dont know for sure.
No ive done a handful, probably 4 or 5. Make sure you got your diet and routine is in check before anything thats the biggest thing. Just been SOL on gear lately
 
Also your first cycle is your golden cycle, you'll gain alot from your first cycle if you do it right.
 
I eat and take my protein shakes, they put on 35lbs in 4 months now. About 4k to 4,5K per day

I am still thin at 6'5 185 but getting there
 
They? amd whats the 4k per day? sorry dont understand.
You'll be a fuckin monster. I would give anything for a couple more inches taller
 
your gonna loose some gains that were made on the cycle, just how it is, even if you eat train and sleep perfect lol.

PCT more or less determines how much of your gains you keep, IMO... It's between PCT and serious you are with training after the cycle
