Optimal time to get Bloodwork while on Cycle

I am two weeks into a blast of Test E on top of my TRT protocol - 500 p/w total taken every 3.5 days. I'm 40 yo and this is my second cycle. During my first cycle I had a hard time controlling my Estrogen levels appropriately using Arimidex at .5 EOD. Crashed it at one point, and then it got high at other points in the cycle. I started this cycle at .25 EOD and feel great so far but want to trust bloodwork over my gut. Having said that, i want to get bloodwork at the optimal times in the cycle to adjust as needed as necessary. My goal is to have it checked twice during my 12 week cycle. When would the optimal weeks be to get checked? I've read this before and various threads but couldn't find it and wanted to get it right. Thanks in advance

1) Before you start your cycle to establish Natty Baseline.
2) Mid point of cycle. In your case week 6.
3) After PCT

Also, anytime you run into complications so you can diagnose what is going on. Too much blood work is better than too little.

Just like Mega stated!!

The midpoint is going to give you a good idea how your AI dose is working for you and if you need to adjust it or not.

Thanks guys. I did do bloodwork prior to beginning the cycle but didn't want to go too long before my next one during the cycle. Mid-point sounds perfect, thanks for your quick assist on the subject
