hey i just bought two bottles of this stuff from my local gnc i was just wondering how long i should use this stuff for? was it worth it? (it was pretty cheap not taking a chunk outta my change) is 100 days too long? it claims to produce no side effects has anyone ever taken it and gotten any from it?
