Hypothetically if someone orders to get it mailed to there home should that person use there real name on the package?

Yea it doesn't make much of a difference. Just write "return to sender" on the package and place it on your table or somewhere for a few days to be sure you're safe when you get it.

Good idea but it won't really matter in court. Once you sign for/take delivery of package its considered yours.

When you sign for a package you could argue you were signing for another package coming, and after closer inspection this one was not from the same company, so blah blah blah you know? IDK... couldn't hurt I guess.

What happens if customs ends up taking your package? Can they try to charge you with anything or will they just take it?

It depends on how much they imported and how stupid the person who ordered it is.
If it's a first offense and a small amount, a seizure letter is likely all they'd get.
If you're ordering kilo's of raw material, you're likely in trouble.

Now, if they put their agenda out there in plain sight that they're going to be manufacturing and selling in a school, yea, you can pretty well bet on a visit from LEO.'

Nobody can say with 100% certainty that a certain course of action will take place.
Every case is different.

Dont use fake name. What if your not home? Have fun not getting your package cause you can't show proof of ID at post office.
