outer bicep head ?

Ok how do I work the outer head of my bicep ? I have a huge not but it faces to the inside ? thanks
 
Concentration curls. Also, throw in reverse curls as well on Forearm days.
 
I believe a wider grip on barbell curls hits the outer head more, too.
 
Incline Bench Curls put the outer bicep head in a fully stretched position and blasts it like no other. In my experience and the experiences of others, it seems to promote more DOMS than any other bicep movement.
 
I have the same trouble lol......I have been told hammer curls and i like StringBeans idea as well........
