Today had a long hot day at work, and went to gym for some more abuse! Hit up shoulders and sauna. Felt amazing once I hit the weights

Shoulders:

seated db presses: 50 lbs x 8,8,8

lat machine pull downs: 135 lbs x 10,10,10

db front raises: 15 lbs x 10,10

upright rows: 65 lbs x 8,8,8

db shrugs: 40 lbs x 10,10,10

db side lateral raises with over head press: 10 lb db's x 10,10,10 first time doing these aint no joke!
 
Today woke up late think goodness I needed sleep lol. Went for a late aft gym session. I made a mistake and bought a triple shot mocha and then took a no doze! I was like the energizer rabbit lol. Felt good though just battling what i think is either a sinus infection or tooth ache from hell! Hit up chest and felt good so added tri's.

Chest:

incline barbell presses: 155 lbs x 8, 185 lbs x 6, 205 lbs x 4, 245 lbs x 1

flat bench db presses: 55 lbs x 8,8,8

decline bench presses: 135 lbs x 10, 185 lbs x 8,8

I'm starting to wonder if my tooth ache is signs of tmj. I could barley eat lunch today with out extreme pain. But it isn't effecting my workouts so I kick butt again. Hit up back today. Felt good all the way. Sauna afterwards

Man was so friggin worn out today but for some weird reason I got home showered and hit the gym. I took my uncut and 3 caps of my new Titanium and mofo I don't know what happen but I did not want to stop lifting. Then every girl in there had me horny as can be lol. I'm at home right now and wanting to go back to lift more if I didn't have to work tomorrow lol.

Well wanted to hit gym so bad, and I did. I had a good bicep day but not particulary what I wanted in terms of feeling. I just have a slight headache from the tooth pull. I still managed to hit a decent lifts. Tomorrow we have a relay for life event so I may get to gym late or wait til Saturday.

Biceps:

seated alt db curls: 30 lbs x 10,10,10

spider db curls: 25 lbs x 10,8,8 lower weight and doing slow control def a difference plus helps with this tennis elbow crap

seated machine preacher curls: 50 lbs x 10,8,8

cable bar curls: 70 lbs x 8,8,8

seated preach curls using 45 lbs and doing burnouts that **** about killed me!!

Man came home yesterday from work and took a nap at 2:45 next thing I know it's 7:15 at night lol I must have needed it badly. Today got up early did some shopping then hit gym for Chest and then off to the track for a mile. I jogged the straight lines and walk the curves.

Chest:

smith machine bench press: 135 lbs x 10, 185 lbs x 8, 205 lbs x 6

incline barbell presses: 135 lbs x 8, 185 lbs x 6, 205 lbs x 4, 245 lbs x 2

decline barbell presses: 135 lbs x 10, 185 lbs x 8, 6

Thanks my brothers!! Yeah today went to church then took wife and kids to eat. She picked mexican and although I love that kinda food damn salsa kills my reflux. Went to gym while she was visiting her mom. I hit up back and then 1 mile at the track followed with sprints up and down stairs. Tomorrow ball then back at it Tuesday pending son's game.

One of the longest ass days at work in a while. That and it's getting hot in Bama. We went non stop to the point that I was flat worn out. I had my sons game at 7:30 pm and he had to be there at coaches house to practice at 6, so soon as I got off it was 90 to nothing. But I sucked it up and went to the gym in the hr n half break I had before his game. I had a very productive tricep day despite feeling tired. The uncut def help me push but today was all MENTAL!!!

Triceps:

rope press downs: 110 lbs x 10,10,10

v bar press downs: 100 lbs x 10,10,10 super setted with

reverse cable pull downs: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

Battling a sinus crud from hell and being in a gas mask for 4.5 hrs today complete sucks! I had my sons soccer game at 5:30 so went to gym after work again feeling crappy but still push my way though!

Got some much needed rest yesterday and hit the gym today for some chest. After wards track for mile jog.
