Aminos can still be utilized by the human body, but yes they unravel thats a fact.

Salmonela infects about 1/20,000 eggs, I take in 3-6 eggs a day I'm not worried.

I've read that it's 1 in 30,000, and that's each time you eat an egg.

One also has to realize that just because one eats salmonella, it does not mean that they will get sick. The body has stomach acid that it has to get past first, and then the rest of the immune system. The amount of salmonella is also a variable, as a little bit won't do anything. In fact, you have salmonella in your gut right now.

Get organic eggs and the chances are even less.

I would worry more about getting sick from unwashes fruits and veggies, honestly. There have been outbreaks of hepatitis from green onions, and salmonella from cantaulope rinds.
