do you guys have everything planned out before you get to the gym or do you decide when you get there? Not bodypart to be trained, but things like which exercises, weight, sets etc...
I generally do, but since I came home from school back in May, I've really fallen off. I fully intend to start writing them all down, pre-planning, if you will, when I go back next week.
I have everything written out, and I have to get fired up with music and shyt before I go in. I do NOT want to change my bodypart in the middle of driving to the gym or anything like that, it has to be planned in advance.

I've always got the bodypart planned out, along with how many sets I'm going to do (all in my mind, not necessarily on paper), but here lately, I just decide exactly what lifts I'm going to do on the fly, since my lifting partners are sorta flaky.
