Peaked biceps

Has anyone got any exercises or routines add more of a peak to my biceps.

My left bicep has a nice peak on but its my right one which is flatter

Cheers

Synthol.......... just kidding. But one peak being higher is most likely genetics. Maybe with growth the biceps will even out?

genetic are a bitch. I had a suit tailored last week and the guy keep looking at me weird like i was standing crocked. Turns out, my left shoulder is bigger than my right so he had to put an insert in one side of the jacket and because of that, i have one sleeve that is 1/2 inch longer than the other. At least no one else will look as good in my clothing as i do...lol

i think your left bicep peaks because your right handed. the reason for this, is because your mind muscle connection in right arm is over worked, your driving the lower of the movement and your not tensing at the top. left bicep is doing the opposite. tensing at top. but not bottom.
21s on
preacher bench
concentration curls maybe
cable over head curls

Or you can just focus on lifting heavy ass weight and building huge guns!!!

Genetics determine muscle shape. You can do all the concentration curls and cable overhead yadda yadda, but if you don't have a bicep peak written into your genetics you aren't going to have one.

easto is dead on...minus surgery or synthol, you can only make you muscles proptionally bigger, you can't work 10% of the fibers in the middle to help build a peak. So men's health kinda shit

was under the impression that concentration curls and other exercises can give the bicep more of a peak. is this wrong then?

some say yes, some say no. It will be debated until the end of time, no doubt. You can try them, if you feel they are working for you, keep it up. If not, well, then just move on.
