PEG 400 Taste and Absorption

Just made Tadalafil 30ml @ 20mg/ml in PEG 400.
Serving size is 1ml.
The taste has a real warm feeling.
Is this normal?

I read somewhere that PEG 400 can effect absorption of raw orals. Is this correct?

Don't know about the consumption of the PEG 400 but I did use it for my eye irritation and it was quite soothing.
