Perfect age range to start AAS and first cycle

Not to mention that alot of young adults are still having hormones and mental changes.

I believe about 26 is the bottom age that is good. Even at 21, you don't think about yur help in the future as much as if you are 30 or so and know how to monitor lipids, BP, etc.
I agree! 26 should be the absolute minimum age

Yesterday at the gym I saw these two young guys who didn't look a day past twenty. It was obvious they were on the gas as it was obvious they already had Gyno. Sure they looked jacked, but they also looked kind of silly and misinformed. Maybe if they were older they 'd have known a little better? I just shook my head.

I didn't start till I was 25. I'm 57 now. I should have started sooner. From my experience it takes 10yrs of training to even start to bring out your full potential. I was 35- 42yrs old competing against much younger men. 10 yrs is a lot in this sport, I was the oldest competitor in the 1992 Mr. America. I took 2nd over all in the 1988 USA at 40yrs old again the oldest

jw2031, you do make a good point, if your goals are to compete on the national and international level. I could not agree with you more that it takes years and years (decade probably) to develop a muscle base that will be competitive on such a scene. However, 98% of the guys using AAS never intend on competing, and for those I definitely stand by my recommendations to wait through your 20s before starting, maybe even after you have had your kids.
