what physique changes should one expect on hrt. Looking to get test levels in the 900/1000 range, along with diet and workout 6 days a week. What can I look for?

It really depends on how much effort you put in diet & training. If you hit it hard you'll be more than happy with the results.

Good luck

I plan on hitting it hard, just curious as to expections, also how high can I try to get mey test levels

How high your test levels go would depend on your protocol. How much test you take & how often. I have a thread on here with before & after pic. I'd link it but I'm on my phone atm. You can search the forum for it. It's called Maximus Transformation.

I'm not sure what kind of shape your in, but changes can be quite drastic with training and diet. Not to mention the positive mental changes and energy levels that come along with Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) :)

Ill be posting before pics tomorrow, I'm in good shape now, but looking to become in great shape.

I think it depends on where you were before. I suspect that I've always had low T, and I started noticing gains at the gym when I started testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). But if you had higher T levels when you were younger, you might not notice a big difference.

As I stated previously, no one is going to be able to tell you definitively what your outcomes will be with HRT.

Everyone has their own work ethic regarding diet and training and those are big factors. Moreover, where you start plays a big role in the equation too.

So again, no one can tell you "expect 10 pounds of muscle and you'll drop 3% body fat."

These things don't lend themselves to that type of linear thinking.

Plus being at 900 or 1000 is not going to be a significant changes for some whereas it may be a bigger change for others who started with very low t. Like marginal utility.
