Yeah, my diet is normally clean and well planned 3J thanks...
I stripped down nicely on cycle last summer (see avatar)
I'm hoping the longer cycle, along with the addition of 'Var this time around - should see good results...
I've learned over the years what foods my body responds badly or well too - I've calculated my TDEE, and I've learned to listen to my body on a daily basis....
I'm excited about starting this one - my main focus now though is to keep quality muscle from now til start date, stay injury free, and get the gear ready well in advance so that I'm ready to rock n' roll

Hence the reason for asking for critique now.
