Please critique cutting diet

hey im in the last two weeks of my cutting phase diet. Im on 100 mg's of winnie ED and also some Clen: Im 6ft tall 193 lbs 10-12% bf.
My current caloric intake is about 1500 calories/day im taking in about 230 g of Protein, 63 g of Carbs (all complex carbs, veggies, oats, and whatever carbs are in my protein shakes), and 50 g of Fat (mostly flax oil).
The grams calcualted for Carbs is based on the 'net carbs' given on the nutrition facts. Is this correct, or should i just go with the acutal carbs label? Also does anyone think a 'yo-yo' diet would be a good idea where I have carbload, medium carb, and zero carb days cycling?
