I am 6'2 I currently weigh 220 and am fairly lean, but im striving for a lean 240. The problem is that i have a difficult time consuming 220grams+ of protein. I have heard that i need to take in at least 1.5 times my body weight in protein if im going to grow. According to this, I need to take in over 300grams. If anyone can give me any tips on how to enhance my food intake (besides smoking pot) or make any substitutions in my diet, I would truely appreciate the help. Anyhow, this is my current diet:
Breakfast: 5eggs (30grams), bannana, protein shake (40grams).
snack: can of tuna and orange juice (25grams).
Lunch: Turkey or Chicken breast sandwich (20grams) and protein shake (40grams).
Dinner: lean ground beef (35 grams), salad, and sometimes a potato.
snack: protein shake (40grams) and apple.
