This is my first post so be nice but real!
I have never taken gear before but I feel like I have reached a little Plateau in my training and weight gains.
My statistics:
Age: 29
Height: 6ft3inches
Weight: 220 pounds
Years training:4 years
Gear experience: This will be my first cycle
Max reps: Bench: 330 pounds, Squat: 374 pounds, Deadlift: 352
I have managed to put on almost 66 pounds from when I started 4 years ago, but personally I still feel that I have a slim built look and am looking for more mass. Also my legs are still pretty slim looking compared to my upper body (picture attached).
Goals:
Increased quality mass
Increased strength
Keeping my hair!
Cycle Length and layout:
Length 10 weeks
Weeks 1-4 Dbol 40 mg per day
Weeks 1-10 500mg Test per week
Weeks 1-15 Anastrozole .5 mg per day
PCT:
12-13 clomid 75mg/ed
14-15 clomid 50mg/ed
And some milk thistle that I will be taking throughout.
My normal supplement and diet routine consists of: Two protein shakes a day, 4 decent healthy meals and creatine (dark matter) after a workout. I also take multi- vitamins.
I wish to keep at least 60-80% of my gains.
I would love some tips from people in the know and who are experienced, also how long should I wait (depending on the success of the cycle) before I would start another one.
