Hey guys, this is my first experience with steroids and phs.
Stats: 5'7, 165 lbs, 12-13% bf, 23 years old, 2 years solid training.
Diet on cycle: 3100-3300 calories a day (my tdee is around 2700)
I have clomid on hand and am taking liver support during cycle.
Pct will consist of lean xtreme, DAA, and clomid.

So far, I have not noticed RPN Havoc kick in and I am on day 16 (Week 3 day 2).
I don't know if Havoc takes longer than this to kick in, but this seems odd to me because my androgen receptors are fresh. I have not noticed any increased pumps, major strength increases, or size gains.
Dosages so far: 20 mg week 1, 30 mg week 2, and now running 40 mg for the rest of cycle until the end of week 6. Its not like I weigh that much, so should 40 mg be sufficient?

Help would be greatly appreciated.

well bro, two things... i have noticed quite a few people not really notice the effects from epi until about week 3 so just be a bit more patient with it...

the unfortunate thing about epi is although it has a lot of good qualities for the people it works for, there are a lot of non-responders to it... it seems that epi more than any other compound I have seen has a lot of people that simply just don't respond to it... hopefully it will kick in for you but if it doesn't then you know that you fall into that category... i hope it works out for you bro...

I'll start by saying I do not believe in non-responders like my very knowledgeable bro dylang...But that's a whole other story. Also I personally have had good results with Epi / Havoc and as of today there are no fake havoc reproductions that have ever been reported. Chances are it's real stuff. So now lets address your areas of concern and try to find some root causes..

Increased pumps- I didn't noticed a whole lot of that while on Epi and is not its best attribute so try not to look to this as an indicator that it has "kicked in"

Muscle gain- your cals seem to be good for your weight/bf so make sure you are getting those cals from CLEAN QUALITY FOODS. But lets say you eat perfectly clean you still are only 400-600cals over your maintenance cals meaning you will gain about 1lb per week, which is a fast rate for someone who has been training for a while but its not like you are going to explode in the mirror over night.

Strength gains- this is where Epi shines so if you are not seeing any strength gains it could be because 1. you are not resting enough (this always significantly drains my strength) or 2. you do not record the exact set/reps/rest intervals of your past workout that involves the same exercise. Without a record of these things it is almost impossible to duplicate the workout to see if there are improvements in strength from 1 workout to the other.

Lastly Epi took less than 2weeks to kick in for me but I started @30mg/day which is a low dose (40 is supposed to be the most common "sweet spot" for people)...so your 1st week @20mg/day is going to do little to nothing (20mg/day of real steroids does little to nothing)...I say give it time and you will see results bro.

...btw your pct looks solid

Well it does take about 3 weeks to kick in

definitely should run at 40mg or higher

And if you aren't responding try kicking up the dose past 40mg....my last cycle i ran it at 60mg+ for 6 weeks and loved it
