Please help with first cycle

This is my first cycle and I want to keep it as mild as I can. I'm 24 with 1.5 years of solid training and currently 153 lbs. @ 9% bodyfat. I would like to get to 165-170 and be as lean as possible. I've decided to go with Anavar. I'm thinking of first taking 5mg every other day for the first few days, then going to 5mg a day the next few after that, then 10mg a day and continue increasing the dose until I get to 20mg and then riding from there. This may seem like a slow start, but I'm pretty sensitive to breakouts and I'm terrified I'll get zits everywhere the second I start the cycle. Right now my skin is completely clear, but that's only because I take excellent care of my skin. Otherwise I'd probably be a mess on my back and face. From what I've read, 20mg a day of Anavar for a man is pretty low. Because my dose will be that low, will I still need post cycle therapy (pct)? And if so, what's the best option? Also, can I expect to see 15lbs of lean mass from one cycle of Anavar despite only taking 20mg a day? And finally, if I have sensitive skin, is a low dose cycle of Anavar going to cause a nasty breakout?
I think it's worth it to mention that my training intensity and diet are spot on. I'll also be stacking with creatine monohydrate, l-carnitine and l-arginine. I'm still unsure as to where to find legit quality Anavar. If somebody could offer up some suggestions that would be great. I'm looking for the lowest price I can find for one bottle. If your 153lbs your not big enough not is your diet on spot. You need to get bigger naturallly first. If your 153 your not eating enough to grow and you will not be happy with the end result of a cycle. 5mg/eod of Anavar (var) is not gonna do shit. You will not gain 15lbs on a Anavar (var) only cycle of 5-20mgs/ed you need to use Test C or E @ 500mg/wk fro 12 weeks for your first cycle. You are obviuosly nowhere near ready for AAS. You have alot of homework to do and need to get a "REAL" diet and gain soem weight naturally first. Go to the diet forum and read "3J's Free Diet Advice" he will help you fix your diet. No one on here is gonna tell you where to get gear either. 99% of us on here have our sources and like to keep it that way so hang out and make some friends and you'll find what you need. To sum it up this cycle your thinking of is a terrible idea.
 
Thanks, I was kind of hoping for a response like that. But to put it into perspective, I started out at 130 lbs and unable to do a single pushup. So in a year and a half I've gained just over 20 pounds of muscle. I was lean to begin with, but I'm even leaner now. And seeing as how my goal is to not get any heavier than 170, I'm nearing the home stretch of my goal. So to me it makes perfect sense to get interested in doing a mild cycle to help with that last 10-15 pounds I'm looking for.
Besides I completely disagree with the whole eat eat eat for principle. If you're storing fat then you're eating too much. It's that simple. Your body has alredy used every calorie it needed to build muscle and stored the rest as fat. And if you've ever been at 8-9% bodyfat or lower, you know just as well as I do how eager the body is to store ANY extra calories as fat. That's why eating you brain out (which I've done many times before I didnt know any better) is a foolish way of thinking you're going to add more muscle. You add muscle through exercise and maby an extra 350 solid calories above maintance.
So I see it as I can either do it clean and take another gueling 2 years, or do a cycle. That's not to say I'm under the impression that one low dose cycle of Anavar (var) is going to be a panacea, but it will help. I feel like I deserve it, because I train so hard.
What if I change the cycle to a moderate dose of Anavar (var) ? I don't know what Test C or E is either. I'm doing my homework, if I'm going to do this I want to do it right. Thanks for all the help and the reply.
 
Get on the diet forum, check in with 3J. U need to eat to grow, doing AAS right now is not ur answer. If we give u advice on what to take and how to do it, we'll only be hurting u in the long run.

You obviously have not done enough homework if you think this is true. You eat to grow. You eat the right things and you wont get fat. Not eating enough is a foolish way of thinking. I'm seriously at a lose for words with your response. You need to go to the diet forum and get out of the AAS forum you are not ready and are not eating enough and running Anavar (var) for your first cycle is not a good idea. food is the most anabolic substance we use. wacey is right , get the diet down and then look at a POSSIBLE cycle.
