Before i go on here are my stats:
Age: 33
wt: 175 lbs
ht: 5'8
i just started going back to the gym after an injury but i try to go 5 to 6 days a week with a regular schedule for mass gain (lifting heavy, fewer reps)
a friend of mine introduced me to steroids, sus 250 and deca to be specific. He advised me to schedule my cycle as you see below, can you please tell me what you guys think of this being my first cycle and if i'm screwing it up how can i modify my regimen as i have started already, please keep in mind that i'm not worried if i have to throw something out or buy something else because i will. Thanks a million guys.
I started last week on thursday with 125ml of sus 250 and 150ml of deca to get an idea how my body will react before i commit to anything that wont react very well with my body. Then monday i took 300ml deca, then following thursday (today) 250ml sus 250 and 300ml deca. I'm told to stick to doing 250ml of sus once a week and 300ml of deca twice a week until i finish 2 bottles of both, i did a little research and it looks like a lot op people actually recommend more sus than deca, not sure why.
And then i'd like to cycle off and hoping to get some advice from you on how to do that best.
