any know where i could get information of the contents of food for example............how many carbs ina large potato ..how much protein in a 12 ounce steak etc etc .and how much protein in a whole chicken and bonless chicken...........im on a cycle at the moment and wanna count everything specifially ...thanks
 
I keep track of everything on fitday most of the time. well right now Im strict with it, as its getting close to comp and I need exact amounts. LOL if there is an item not listed you can customize your own foods by entering the info on the nutrional label of the food item
