Okay I'm a noob to this but have done a lot of research and have been reading the forums here and other places for a while now. I haven't got it all figured out and probably never will but I sure could use some advice. The issue I'm having is that I have read many different opinions on what to use to block (some) estrogen and what to use for PCT but I don't know which opinion to go by.
I'm starting my first cycle as soon as I can figure out my PCT and some more info on countering the sides, the reason I'm waiting is because I understand not to move forward until I have a solid plan and everything on hand.
My goal is not to look like Arnold, I want to put on some muscle and be stronger, not look like the Hulk and bench 400lbs. Maybe a more lean solid look.
Test-E for 10 weeks
Diet is a must and will be on track
I work out 3-4 times a week
