are you stuck at a certain weight?
if so just do something different..change your reps do sets of 10's for a few weeks then go back and try 5x5

give a PLing routine a go for a while for a change.
lets see eat more and train like a powerlifter hmm i think hes a genius :jump:
gallmond my friend pullinbig has 2 good points , you have to eat to grow and get stronger , also a good heavy weigh low rep powerlifter routine just might break you out of a slump .

wish i could take credit for my genius but i stole it from someone else. can you beleive that? this stuff has been public knowledge for years and years.

i got a wicked routine but it entails 40-50 sets per bodypart... including arms and forearms... if u want it pm me, however be warned high volume doesnt work for everybody.. all the guys i used to train with got no results from it but i gained a good 50 lbs of muscle in a couple years, no roids or supplements...

come on bro 40-50sets? i mean most pros dont go over 20ish?? and they use the works when it cmes to gear..imagine if you cut the volume and lifted heavy you may earn your card

serious i just did back today, i start with three sets of 10 with t bar rows, barbell shrugs in front and behind, cable rows, pulldowns thats one circuit.. then i do bent over rows, machine pulldowns, dumbell shrugs, upright rows, and then i finish with machine low rows, mahcine high rows, pull ups, machine shrugs and deads.. 3 circuits and three sets of ten each exercise sometimes i only get 8 reps on some exercises.. but today i did only 42 sets...

thatnx for the complimet bkackbeard,.. but my diet isnt professional i only lift to beat my own records and set goals each year.. im not in it for vanity ya know.. plus i do the 5x5 routine every 3 weeks for variety and my strength goes way up cause when i come off the high volume i have more energy and can thriow ridiculous weights around... but like i said it doesnt work for every1
