pct and work out routine

A friend of mine said that you should do a little bit easier weight routine while on your pct. is that correct?

I always keep the intensity up for a while- maybe 3-4 weeks, then back it off a little to give the joints and connective tissue some rest. The one thing I would do is keep the workouts to only 45 min- 1 hour MAX...you don't need to be doing marathon sessions- this will only inhibit the recoverability of your muscles in an already relatively compromised state (gaining the hpta back).

Your muscles need that stimulus of heavy weight though, IMO, to maintain what you've gained. Also need to keep calories up for that period of time, too...

Good advice above. keep the intensity up with heavy weights, but just cut back on your volume. I only lift 3x a week during post cycle therapy (pct) and keep my workouts under an hour. I have been pretty successful at keeping mass post cycle.
