pct count down starts ON last shot or day after last shot?
just say monday was my last shot so countdown from monday or tuesday i need to get this cleared as i am confused? also how long should one wait before starting another cycle?
That is a very minute issue. It doesn't make much of a difference either way you start counting down. One should wait to start another cycle when one is recovered. That ranges from person to person
