PCT Cycle Question

Hi everyone so my question is in regards to post cycle therapy (pct) during an Anavar only cycle 50mg ED. I've been talking with a friend who is saying a post cycle therapy (pct) of Nolva is not necessary if I'm not shut down throughout the cycle. I have done two previous cycles and have always done a nolva post cycle therapy (pct) but he is saying this is overkill if I'm not shutdown on cycle because of using hcg. What is everyones thoughts ?

Well u can run an anavar only cycle if u want to cut down but as its a mild steroids the results are not that great u have to run a long cycle in order achieve the results u desire and diet is also a main factor that will help and try adding some liver supporting med in it too cuz it will damage ur liver more and that's what is more important right now... And as for post cycle therapy (pct) u don't need it and stop using hcg unnecessarily it's stupid stuff.

how many weeks and what age, you can experience some suppression, but low dose short time is ok
